  • Application Submission: Prospective learners can apply online via the Unity College website or by contacting the Admissions Team.
  • Document Verification: Applicants must provide identification (passport, driving licence, or national ID), proof of address, and copies of prior qualifications.

Course Change Policy

Learners may request to transfer to another course, subject to availability and academic approval:

  • Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of course commencement.
  • Any difference in course fees, including awarding body registration fees, must be settled prior to starting the new course.
  • For lower-value course transfers, the difference may be retained as an administrative fee.
  • Transfers may not be permitted once 25% of the course duration has elapsed, except in exceptional circumstances supported by evidence.

Late Enrolment Policy

Late enrolment may be accepted under controlled conditions to maintain academic integrity:

  • Late enrolment is possible up to two weeks after the official course start date.
  • Mandatory induction sessions must be attended, and missed assessments completed within an agreed timeframe.
  • Late enrolment requires tutor approval and is subject to course capacity. Additional academic support may be provided.

Fee Payments and Regulations

  • All fees must be paid before course commencement unless an approved instalment plan is in place.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved online payment gateways.
  • Late or missed payments may result in:
  • Suspension of access to learning resources
  • Restriction from attending classes or assessments
  • Withholding of certificates until outstanding fees are cleared
  • Administrative fees may apply for instalment arrangements, missed payments, or reissued invoices.

Fee Statement and Refund Policy

Fee Statement
Course fees include:

  • Tutor support, feedback, and assessment
  • Internal verification and certification charges (where applicable)

Fees do not include

  • Replacement certificates or re-assessment fees
  • Additional materials or textbooks beyond standard provision
  • External awarding body late registration or re-submission charges

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds (minus a £150 administrative fee and awarding body registration fee, if applicable) are available if a learner withdraws within 14 days of enrolment and before course access is granted.
  • No refunds once course materials or online access have been provided, except in proven extenuating circumstances.
  • Refunds will be processed within 28 working days of approval.
  • If Unity College cancels a course, a full refund or transfer option will be offered.

Learner Conduct and Compliance

All learners are expected to:

  • Maintain academic integrity, honesty, and respectful communication
  • Adhere to Unity College’s Code of Conduct, safeguarding, and data protection policies
  • Comply with deadlines, assessment regulations, and attendance expectations


Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or withdrawal from the course.
